LED Rangehood Light Conversion Kit 12 Volt
Conversion kit to replace existing rangehood halogen lights with LEDs. Kit comprises 1.5 watt 12 volt DC LED lights, the LED driver (transformer) plus 1 metre of twin flexible low voltage cable. Available in natural light (6500k, "daylight", our recommendation for kitchens) or warm white (candle-like 3000k) versions.
Choose light colour and kits with either 2 or 3 lights using the options below.
In most cases this would take around 30-60 minutes to fit. The kit MUST be fitted by a registered electrician as it involves replacing the existing halogen transformer in the rangehood and installing the new driver. Instructions are included.
The kit is designed for models with a separate halogen transformer but is also able to be fitted to models that have a transformer mounted on the control board. Please check the dimensions of the hole that the LEDs will fit into, these lights are 63mm overall to fit a hole size approx 52-56mm and require 25mm depth.
