Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Eurotech account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and power cables to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
